About

Summary

I’m a senior software engineer focused on workflow-heavy SaaS products.

Over the last 5 years at Arc XP / The Washington Post, I’ve worked on editorial CMS and subscription platforms where accuracy, trust, and operational reliability matter. I do my best work on systems with complex user workflows, product nuance, and real production constraints.

Before moving into software engineering, I worked as a pharmacist for 6 years. That experience still shapes how I approach product development: careful handling of edge cases, a bias toward clarity, and a strong respect for systems where trust and correctness matter.

Arc XP / The Washington Post

At Arc XP, my work has centered on two workflow-critical areas:

Editorial systems

Authoring and review experiences, including revision history, metadata workflows, and reliability improvements following major architectural change.

Subscriptions

Identity, checkout, billing, paywall, and account-management systems for enterprise customers, alongside supporting service, SDK, rollout, and deployment work.

Across both areas, the recurring theme has been building products that balance flexibility, implementation clarity, and production reliability.
